You will own the strategic and operational management of design resources and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning and allocation to align with product and engineering objectives.
• Develop and refine operational processes to improve design output efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct operational reviews, including Quarterly State of Design reviews, and report on performance metrics.
• Implement and manage project management tools to enhance cross-team collaboration and execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design operations or management in a high-growth environment.
• Strong background in strategic planning, resource management, and operational process improvement.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Figma, Google Suite, SharePoint, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with B2B enterprise-scale operations and cross-functional, cross-geographical teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
• Proven track record driving operational improvements in a complex environment.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to make detailed, data-driven decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
