You will conceptualize and design digital content across various asset types to bring client brands to life through audio-visual media.
Responsibilities
Produce and design online content, including visuals, videos, animations, and social media formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
Manage projects from the initial concept and storyboarding phase through to final realization and delivery.
Collaborate with copywriters and the Agile Studio to ensure visual and verbal elements are synchronized and aligned with brand images.
Perform image retouching, manipulation, and video editing to create high-quality, engaging assets.
Develop design comps, initial graphic concepts, and cross-platform work based on scamps or design-led briefs.
Review product positioning and marketing content to identify improvements in engagement and usability.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong background in digital designs, art direction, and creative ideation.
Deep understanding of visual communication principles, including typography, color theory, the golden ratio, and the rule of thirds.
Experience designing for platform-specific needs and information architecture to ensure accessibility and visual processing.
Ability to work with HTML and Sketch.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
