Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for Salesforce products and implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Mentor designers, conduct design reviews, and drive design quality across the team.
• Shape design strategy for enterprise-scale Salesforce rollouts and advocate for accessibility and usability best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in UX/UI/Product Design.
• Proven experience designing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom apps).
• Strong knowledge of SLDS, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Experience designing for multi-lingual and multi-device environments.
• Understanding of enterprise UX, data-heavy interfaces, and complex workflows.
• Strong communication skills to present concepts to senior executives.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience working directly with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Managers.
