Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise desktop environments and operating systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows 10 and 11 Enterprise installation, settings, and feature configurations.
• Create and maintain operating system images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and third-party tools.
• Execute OS patching, application packaging, and updates using MECM and WSUS.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy to manage user and computer objects.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant desktop engineering experience.
• Expertise in Windows 10 and 11 Enterprise operating systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• 3+ years of experience with WSUS for patching and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune configuration and administration.
• Ability to write automation scripts in PowerShell and/or VBScript.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Microsoft Certifications.
