SENIOR DESKTOP ENGINEER/-Desktop Support

Job Description:
·        Windows 10 / 11 Enterprise operating system features, settings, and installation.
·        At least three years of experience creating and maintaining operating system images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and third-party tools.
·        At least three years of experience using MECM and WSUS or equivalent for OS patching, application packaging, updates, and maintenance.
·        Active Directory, Group Policy, and their use for managing user and computer objects.
·        Microsoft Office 365 configuration and administration.
·        Microsoft Intune configuration and administration.
·        Ability to write scripts in PowerShell and/or VBScript
·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
·        Microsoft Certifications are preferred
