Description

Lead the migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune, defining strategy for device management, deployment, patching, and security. Own the end-to-end process including planning, execution, and documentation of system imaging, updates, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune, ensuring best practices for deployment and security.
• Define and document processes for system imaging, patching, and automation to support the End User Technology team.
• Oversee endpoint management, including supporting Microsoft Defender deployment and integration.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering or End User Computing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including at least one tool-to-Intune conversion.
• Background in Windows desktop deployment, imaging, patching, and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Autopilot for modern device provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti for endpoint management.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
