Description

You will lead the migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune, owning the planning, execution, and strategy. You will define device management pathways, ensuring best practices for deployment, patching, and security. You will develop and document processes for system imaging, updates, and operational workflows to support the End User Technology team. You will support endpoint management by overseeing imaging, patching, and security integration, including supporting the recent Microsoft Defender deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Help Desk, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune.
• Define and implement device management pathways for deployment and patching.
• Develop and document system imaging and operational workflows.
• Support endpoint management and Microsoft Defender integration.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering or End User Computing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including at least one tool-to-Intune conversion.
• Background in Windows desktop deployment, imaging, and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Autopilot.
• Experience with modern device provisioning models.

Preferred Skills

• Past experience executing large-scale migration or modernization projects.
• Experience with Ivanti for endpoint management.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
