Description

You manage End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure and provide technical support on-site in Singapore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage EUC services including authentication, single sign-on, remote access, messaging, and desktop virtualization.
• Oversee endpoint security, software distribution, patch management, and file/print services.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for incidents and escalate to second-level resolver groups.
• Manage user administration tasks such as creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts.
• Track and document all support activities using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user support.
• Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, and Android OS.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Experience with Intune and Sophos or similar antivirus software.
• Understanding of basic networking principles.
• Ability to provide onsite and remote support, including after-office hours if required.
• Experience using JIRA for incident tracking and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with office productivity tools, meeting room solutions, CCTV, and door access systems.
