Description

You own the lifecycle management of enterprise desktop and laptop environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support desktop, laptop, and peripheral infrastructure.
• Manage Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions, including AWS Workspace or Windows 365.
• Automate system builds and deployments using scripting.
• Perform operational support, maintenance, patching, and incident resolution for Windows and macOS devices.

Required Skills

• Seven or more years experience managing devices with enterprise suites like Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), and JAMF.
• Five or more years experience designing and managing Desktop as a Service (DaaS).
• Five or more years experience with automation and scripting in PowerShell or Python.
• Ten or more years providing operational support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Five or more years experience with IT infrastructure design, build, and deployment.
• Experience managing Active Directory and GPO migration to Intune policies.
• Proficiency with core technologies including Windows, AWS, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing endpoint security solutions like BitLocker or Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with State or Federal agency consulting services in the USA.
