Manage and maintain end-user computing environments across Windows and Mac OS platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS desktop environments.
• Perform system administration tasks to maintain hardware and software stability.
• Use PowerShell to automate routine desktop support tasks.
• Resolve technical issues for end-users in a professional capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or system administration.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Mac OS environments.
• Experience using PowerShell for task automation.
• Strong system administration fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
