Description

You will own the sustaining application and environment support for document management technologies, including build, configuration, and operational procedures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform build and configuration of application environments and create associated process documentation.
• Monitor system performance, plan resources, and implement performance improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, hardware, and software problems.
• Provide off-hours support for scheduled and unscheduled operational activities.
• Manage code migration processes and maintain application lifecycle documentation.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of practical experience in document management technologies.
• 2+ years working experience with AIX, Linux, or Windows systems in user and administrator capacities.
• 2+ years working experience with IBM Datacap in user and administrator capacities.
• 2+ years working experience with IBM FileNet in user and administrator capacities.
• 2+ years working experience with shell scripting or other programming languages.
• Good working knowledge of DB2, MSSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of NFS, NAS, and SSL technologies.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ technologies.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vignette Image Capture.
• Experience with Vignette Integrated Document Management (IDM).
• Experience with Intellective Unity and Solr.
