Description

You will serve as the senior technical lead for long-term development projects focused on data visualization and customer service automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support data visualization requirements.
• Configure and manage Dynamics 365 modules for Customer Service and Marketing.
• Implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Support long-term technical requirements over the 24-month contract period.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate RPA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification.
