Description

Own backend architecture, API development, and infrastructure automation for new and existing applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices and APIs using .NET Core, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Manage application infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows within Azure DevOps.
• Debug, test, and resolve complex code issues in production environments.
• Apply SOLID and DRY principles to ensure clean, maintainable codebases.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on applications and infrastructure architecture.
• 2+ years of API development experience in .NET Core, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with MS SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience constructing and deploying microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for application management.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform on Microsoft Azure.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of frontend experience with Angular 9+.
• Experience with SecDevOps practices.
• Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Developer Associate.
