Description

You will own the development and delivery of Loyalty Member benefit products.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and consensus with architects, leads, and business stakeholders to define quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery, setting timelines and ensuring alignment with enterprise growth goals.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services using domain-driven design and test-driven development.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions that improve security, performance, and processes.
• Support coding standards and best practices while researching new technologies for integration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Airline Industry.
• 5-7 years of experience working on Agile Development teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Batch Scheduling automation (IBM Tivoli Workload Schedule) and DataStage ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI, Siebel Open UI, and Siebel Architecture/Data Model.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for data management.
• Experience integrating Siebel with REST services and exposing them externally.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
• Familiarity with Kafka, GraphQL, and test automation tools like Ready API and Selenium.
