You will design and implement AI-driven automation for financial back-office processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and automations using low-code/no-code tools.
• Build and maintain AI-driven workflow agents.
• Integrate data from multiple financial systems ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Implement human-in-the-loop exception handling workflows.
• Collaborate in pods with PMs, architects, and engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with AppSheet, Dialogflow, or Power Automate.
• Solid background in full-stack development (APIs, queries, databases, stylesheets).
• Understanding of financial data workflows and system integrations.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation, prompt-tuning, or agent-based workflows.
