Description

Design, develop, and implement large-scale applications across the full software development life cycle in hosted production environments. Collaborate with architects and technical leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications and estimates. Maintain enterprise services using domain-driven design and test-driven development. Troubleshoot complex issues to implement permanent solutions and research new technologies to improve security and performance. Develop coding standards and adhere to security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale applications across the full SDLC.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and estimates.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to implement permanent solutions.
• Research and implement technologies to improve security and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 3+ years of professional design and open-source experience.
• Deep expertise in J2EE technologies: Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB.
• Proficiency in Back End Development.
• Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ or Rabbit MQ.
• Proficiency using SQL Developer and standard IDEs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Front End Development.
• Experience in the Airline industry.
