Description

You will lead the development of scalable solutions, owning features from design through to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale, highly concurrent distributed applications aligned with technical strategy.
• Own the full lifecycle of features, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability in production.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and continuously improve system reliability.
• Coach team members on development processes and technologies to boost productivity.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Expertise in Java/JEE, Spring 3.0+, and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with front-end technologies: React, Angular, or similar UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for UI development.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and Kafka.
• Strong grasp of OOAD, Design Patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Unit Testing, TDD/BDD, and OWASP security principles.
