Description

Lead traceability development projects and drive technical strategy for complex system architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and secure complex systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of traceability projects, enforcing code quality through reviews and unit testing.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce technical debt and address codebase vulnerabilities.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to integrate features.
• Manage project planning, task allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience with a proven track record in senior or lead roles.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework for building scalable back-end services.
• Extensive experience with the React framework for developing responsive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in JPA and SQL, including complex queries and database optimization.
• Experience deploying and scaling applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines and streaming.
• Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong focus on unit testing and working within Agile/Scrum environments.
