Description

You will develop and support application functions aligned with IT business platforms. You will fix logging issues and upgrade logging systems to ensure optimal performance. You will implement Splunk Observability and ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities. You will provide guidance to other development teams on logging standards and best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using various delivery methodologies including waterfall, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support application functions aligned with IT business platforms.
• Fix logging issues and upgrade logging systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement Splunk Observability and ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Provide guidance to other development teams on logging standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using various delivery methodologies including waterfall, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C# .NET language.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio.
• Experience with Duck Creek Field Engineering.
• Experience using Git with Visual Studio.
• Experience working with Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, TFS, ADO pipelines).
• Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adhere to ET working hours.
