Description

You will develop, support, and optimize application functions within IT business platforms, focusing heavily on logging systems and observability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support application functions aligned with IT business platforms.
• Fix logging issues and upgrade logging systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement Splunk Observability and ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Provide guidance to other development teams on logging standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using waterfall, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C# .NET language.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Git integration.
• Experience with Duck Creek Field Engineering.
• Experience using Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, TFS, ADO pipelines).
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adhere to ET working hours.
