Description

You will own the development and leadership of solutions within the Pega platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structures, data models, and data classes based on signed-off system requirements.
• Design and implement Pega Enterprise Class Rules, Case Management, Flows, Activities, Correspondence, Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, UI designs, Dashboards, and Reports.
• Utilize advanced Pega features such as Agents, Listeners, and Pega Robotics to build efficient solutions.
• Perform defect fixes and debugging using Clipboard and PDC tools across testing phases.
• Support deployment planning and execution while ensuring guardrail compliance and conducting code/design reviews.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on application development experience with Pega PRPC v8.x and Pega frameworks.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience across the full PRPC implementation lifecycle, including Enterprise Class Structure design and Ruleset design.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design, and coding best practices.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience creating requirement specifications.
• Solid experience with SOAP/REST and XML integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Activities, UI, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security Reports, Listeners (File/MQ), and Connectors.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on exposure to Cosmos (Theme + React) and proficiency in using PDC for monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Robotics.
