Description

Own the development, customization, and support lifecycle for Dynamics CE Online products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics CE Online products and services.
• Configure and extend platform capabilities using Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
• Manage data integrations, reporting, and UI/form development.
• Build customizations including workflows and plugins.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including migration and feature implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring the cloud offering and building customizations.
• Solid experience with Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service Hub, Marketing (Outbound/Realtime), Customer Voice, and Sales.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.net, .Net Core, and Web APIs development.
• Good experience implementing Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or University degree.
