Description

You will build low-latency, high-capacity, and error-free multi-asset routing applications, matching engines, or back-end software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions for projects within cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Compile a work breakdown structure of tasks with project managers and provide realistic estimates.
• Develop and unit test all functions created or modified following software development best practices.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA Engineers to execute full-cycle integration, functional, and regression testing.
• Own and resolve priority defects identified within your codebase promptly and promote changes safely through to Live Production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience in C/C++ programming language on Linux.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading and performance-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with C++ unit testing frameworks and continuous integration (CI) tools.
• 2+ years hands-on scripting experience using Python, Perl, or Bash.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast network protocols.
• Experience with code analysis and coverage tools like Coverity, Valgrind, or gcov.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
