Description

You will own the end-to-end Code Management Life Cycle and support the Dev Release Management group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage code integrations, merges, deployment requests, and code streams/branches.
• Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide application software.
• Plan system development deployments and maintain software compliance standards.
• Execute all phases of the software development life cycle and deployment processes.
• Communicate integration and deployment activities across the team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in programming, testing, software deployment, and Maven Build.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, including OOP, Collections API, Exception Handling, and Multi-Threading.
• Working knowledge of J2EE, Spring, and Object Oriented Analysis.
• Experience with Linux system administration and middleware such as JBoss and WebLogic.
• Proficiency with version control systems including GitHub, SVN, Perforce, BitBucket, or IBM Rational Team Concert.
• Experience with Jenkins automation, Ansible, and Bash scripting.
• Web development experience using HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD orchestration and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Container management experience using Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
