Description

You will own performance testing initiatives to validate application stability and speed.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans.
• Execute load, stress, and endurance testing to assess application performance.
• Conduct monthly performance runs to monitor and ensure no degradation in application performance.
• Create and manage performance metrics dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on performance improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in JMeter for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios.
• Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending optimization strategies.
• Strong expertise with eCommerce and high-traffic web applications.
• Ability to create and maintain performance test plans and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting test results and metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with performance management tools and best practices.
