You will design and implement scalable backend services using PHP on AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using PHP on AWS or GCP.
• Collaborate with game server and web frontend teams to define API contracts.
• Create and execute automated testing, readiness testing, and deployment plans.
• Monitor server infrastructure performance and costs to improve efficiency.
• Manage Release Ops and Live Ops for web services while implementing security measures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Solid experience in PHP backend development.
• Experience with technical planning, solution research, and implementation.
• Ability to use metrics and analytics to assess quality and prioritize tasks.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Angular for frontend development.
