Description

You will own the architecture, design, and delivery of a developer portal exposing treasury and payments capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and code review while mentoring engineers within a cross-functional squad.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs using React JS and develop scalable Spring Boot microservices.
• Drive best practices across the full SDLC, from backlog grooming to production deployment and observability.
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and rate limiting.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps to maintain CI/CD, blue-green deployments, and rollback plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role.
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5, and CSS in JS.
• Strong Java (11+) and Spring Boot experience.
• Proficiency with Spring Security, REST, and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with test automation using Cypress.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateways.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and FinTech compliance.
