Description

You will build and maintain data-driven applications using Python in Unix environments, managing cloud database integration and automated deployment pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade Python code for data-driven applications.
• Manage data warehousing processes and integrate with cloud databases.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Configure and manage job scheduling using Control M.
• Utilize Unix environments for core development and system tasks.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of practical IT experience.
• Expertise in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud databases and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency with GitHub for code management and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Experience using Unix systems for development and operations.
• Experience with scheduling tools, specifically Control M.
• Experience with IDEs, preferably Visual Studio Code.
