Description

You will own the architecture, design, and delivery of a developer portal exposing treasury and payments capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and code review, including mentoring engineers and introducing new tooling or design patterns.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs using React JS, Hooks, Context, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Develop scalable APIs and event-driven services using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and rate limiting.
• Drive the full SDLC, from backlog grooming and sprint planning to production deployment and observability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role.
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5, and CSS in JS.
• Strong Java (11+) and Spring Boot 3 development skills.
• Experience with Spring Security, REST, and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab).
• Proficiency in test automation using JUnit, Jest, and Cypress.
• Knowledge of observability tools including OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and Redis.
• API gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and OpenAPI/Swagger.
