Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using JSON and Kong API Gateway.

Implement and manage messaging solutions using IBM MQ and Solace.

Develop secure applications with AWS Key Management Service (KMS) for encryption and decryption.

Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Harness (preferred) or other.

Integrate and automate security scanning tools including Veracode, SonarQube GHAS, and Wiz.

Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure best practices in development and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and messaging issues.

Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of software development experience with a focus on cloud-native applications.

Experience in technical leadership preferably in an offshore / onshore model while demonstrating strong ownership of both technical delivery and team performance, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and maintainable solution.

Ability to lead and constructively mentor development team, set standards and promote consistency through development and delivery.

Experienced at driving end-to-end delivery within Agile environments, leveraging Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Jira for effective backlog management and execution.

Deep experience in .NET (required) or JAVA (helpful) experience

Strong experience with API integration using JSON and Kong API Gateway.

Hands-on experience with IBM MQ and Solace messaging platforms.

Proficiency in AWS KMS for secure key management and encryption.

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Harness.

Familiarity with Veracode, SonarQube, GHAS, and Wiz for security scanning and compliance.

Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET Core, Node.js) with use of GitHub / GitHub CoPilot.

Experience with JIRA.

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools preferably with Terraform.

Proficient in application observability using known tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Developer or Security certification.

Experience with containerization (Docker).

Professional or personal experience with Large Language Model (LLM) Application such as Claude Code (CLI) preferred.

Experience in AI Assisted Development preferred
