Lead the design and maintenance of enterprise-class web applications, solving platform-level challenges across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Build and manage internal and external APIs and RESTful web services.
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
• Apply object-oriented design patterns to ensure scalable application architecture.
• Collaborate across the stack to deliver production-quality software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and solving platform-level challenges.
• Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Strong command of Ruby syntax, nuances, and clean code practices.
• Proficiency with SQL, PHP, and Java.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with MVC architectural patterns for enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages including Liquid and Slim.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and CSS preprocessors.
