• Communicate technical requirements and updates through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Direct experience with CMDB.
• Proficiency in CSS.
• Experience working with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Developer experience.
