Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure strict adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Monitor schedules and ensure on-time delivery of project components.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and lead architectural discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to conduct technical reviews and participate in architectural discussions.
• Experience managing project timelines and resource allocation.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Any Graduate degree.
