Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs to support application connectivity and data exchange.
• Build business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.
• Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and implementation activities.
• Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Guide development teams, share technical knowledge, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and quality standards.

Experience Required:

• 7-13 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and REST API development.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Experience in technical design, code reviews, and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
