Description

Lead Salesforce development, implementation, and configuration while supporting architects in solution design and feasibility analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects with solution design, scoping, impact analysis, and POC development.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Force.com web services including SOAP, REST, and SSL standards.
• Manage production deployments using CI/CD tools and migration utilities.
• Implement Flow, App Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.

Required Skills

• 9-10 years of total IT experience with 6-7 years specifically in Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SFDX, Data Loader, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Apex coding best practices, triggers, and unit testing.
• Ability to work with API architectures, Platform Events, and Bulk/Metadata APIs.
• Experience with Java.
• Visual Studio proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and App Builder certifications.
• Platform Developer 2 (DEV 501) certification.
• Experience with .NET, MuleSoft, or Einstein Analytics.
