You will provide technical leadership and oversee end-to-end project delivery for complex IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical guidance, architecture reviews, and strategic direction across multiple projects.
• Mentor and grow cross-functional teams of developers and tech leads.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
• Define and optimize software development processes using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of modern web/mobile tech stacks and scalable system design.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD Pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication capabilities.
