Description

Lead Salesforce development efforts, bridging technical architecture with business execution. Own the release pipeline and drive team goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist architects with solution design, scoping, feasibility analysis, and POC development.
• Plan product development, create timelines, and manage budgets.
• Develop applications using design patterns to optimize performance and maintenance.
• Manage production deployments, resolve deployment errors, and coordinate knowledge transition with onsite teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with at least 6 actual projects in Salesforce Lightning.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura framework, and Triggers.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, security models, roles, and profiles.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, SFDX, Data Loader, and Visual Studio.
• Deep understanding of Apex coding best practices, limitations, and unit testing for positive/negative scenarios.
• Experience integrating Force.com Web services (SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL) and API client architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, or Copado.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and App Builder certifications are mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2).
• Experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds, and tools like MuleSoft or Einstein Analytics.
• Background in Java, .NET, SQL, or PL/SQL.
