Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Hire, manage, and mentor software developers to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Drive the technical roadmap by prioritizing initiatives and managing technical debt.
• Lead adoption of advanced engineering practices and Scrum frameworks to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing complex projects and teams.
• Strong foundation in the .NET stack.
• Hands-on experience with Azure development.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations.
