• Proven track record in securing donations and managing donor portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with donor management software (CRM).
• Background in non-profit or higher education development.
