Description

You will drive the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of high-availability production environments on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate operational toil by blending software development expertise with infrastructure-as-code and observability.
• Lead capacity planning efforts for production systems.
• Serve as a primary on-call responder for critical incidents.
• Apply SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Mentor team members and influence cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• 3+ years maintaining and optimizing high-availability production environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, including cloud architecture and core services.
• Expert proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with observability and APM tools.
• Knowledge of relational, cloud-native, and NoSQL database technologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to maintain flexible availability for on-call duties.
