Job Responsibilities include:

Manage and support the GitHub Enterprise Managed User (EMU) platform, ensuring platform stability, governance, user administration, and integration support.

Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools to improve software delivery efficiency.

Create automation solutions using Python, JavaScript, or Java/Spring Boot to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve GitHub platform, repository, and integration-related issues while collaborating closely with development teams and end users.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements to DevOps workflows, automation frameworks, and deployment processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality DevOps solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience supporting and managing GitHub Enterprise Managed User (EMU) platforms, DevOps tools, and CI/CD environments.

Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting using Python, JavaScript, or Java/Spring Boot.

Proven ability to troubleshoot platform and integration issues, drive process automation, support Agile teams, and collaborate effectively with developers and business stakeholders
