Core Responsibilities:
* CI/CD Pipeline Support: Manage and improve pre-merge, pre-deployment, and pre-promotion stages of the CI/CD pipeline.
* Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve build issues and other pipeline-related problems.
* Tooling Enhancement: Make incremental improvements and optimizations to internal tools such as `cictl`.
* Repository Onboarding: Assist teams with onboarding new repositories to the CI/CD platform.

Required Skill Set:
* Development Background: Must be comfortable with software development, preferably with a background in a development role.
* Coding Proficiency: Strong coding skills are required for tasks such as optimizing and improving development tools.
* CI/CD Familiarity: Experience with continuous integration concepts and tools, including Gradle, build processes, and automated testing.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing support to other teams.
* AI Proficiency: Usage of AI tools
