Description

Own the CI/CD pipeline infrastructure, ensuring smooth pre-merge, pre-deployment, and pre-promotion stages for development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline, resolving build issues and debugging pipeline failures.
• Enhance internal tooling, such as `cictl`, through incremental improvements and code changes.
• Support teams with onboarding new repositories to the CI/CD platform.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline build processes and automated testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in Core Java.
• Strong coding proficiency to optimize and maintain internal development tools.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, including Gradle, build processes, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex pipeline-related problems.
• Effective communication skills for supporting cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internal CLI tool development and maintenance.
