Description

You will manage AWS infrastructure and containerized services for large-scale data workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, EC2, ECS, EMR, Athena, and S3.
• Deploy and operate containerized services using OpenShift and Kubernetes across cloud environments.
• Automate configuration and deployments with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Support big data processing and integration workflows using Hadoop and Spark with Scala and Python.
• Troubleshoot production issues in AWS using CloudWatch and implement reliable operational practices for high scalability.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in AWS DevOps/DevSecOps and big data platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, Scala, and Python.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS, EMR, Athena, and S3.
• Infrastructure-as-code and automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Container orchestration and CI/CD using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Jenkins.
• Experience with CloudWatch for observability and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• HBase, Hive, and Sqoop for data platform integrations.
• Observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Confluence.
• Scripting and database experience including Perl, PowerShell, Bash, MySQL, and DB2.
