Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical .NET applications and services. You will own the release pipeline, ensure code quality, and drive technical leadership for the development team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable .NET applications using C# and VB.NET.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version control with Git.
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Deep expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS).
• Proven track record with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience customizing and supporting Government SaaS applications (e.g., Accela, OpenGov).
• Local government sector experience.
