Description

Build and maintain the production platform on AWS and SAP BTP using infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the production platform using AWS, Kubernetes, CDK, and Terraform.
• Enforce infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices on AWS.
• Help build a unified platform spanning AWS and SAP BTP.
• Enable software engineering teams to manage their own infrastructure components.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience.
• Expert skills in at least one programming language: Go, Python, or Java.
• Proven experience applying GitOps/ArgoCD, CI/CD, TDD, and GitHub workflows to infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of High Availability, Scalability, Security, and Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Experience within a DevOps transformation or established DevOps culture.
• Experience with Terraform and CDK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP platform integration.
• Background in coaching and technical mentorship.
