Description

You will own the design, implementation, and operation of mission-critical AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for backend platforms on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Own and operate the Kubernetes platform end-to-end, including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and maintenance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for high-throughput systems.
• Implement observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) using Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud platform, including VPC, subnets, routing, and security.
• Proven production experience with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) and end-to-end platform management.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, AWS CDK, or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud networking.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services: MSK (Kafka), RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, S3, EC2, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with event-driven or streaming architectures.
