Senior DevOps Engineer

Design, implement, and manage an end-to-end DevOps engineering system to support product and engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a unified engineering system by partnering with automation, quality, and security SMEs.
• Define and institutionalize DevOps best practices and resilient patterns across product engineering teams.
• Analyze data trends and pain points to prioritize improvements to the DevOps value stream.
• Collaborate with product architecture, security, and technology services leads to select and adopt optimal DevOps tools.
• Drive continuous improvement of the DevOps process through frequent feedback loops with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with continuous delivery and end-to-end automation.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Kafka.
• Development experience with Java.
• Ability to apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to engineering problems.
• Any Graduate degree.
