Description

You will manage platform infrastructure, applications, and services across multiple cloud environments while working directly with customers to plan and deliver projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor platform infrastructure and services in multi-cloud environments.
• Design deployment strategies and manage multiple deployment pipelines.
• Liaise with customers to analyze current systems and coordinate with development, application engineering, and operations teams.
• Support development teams with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and cloud migration projects.
• Drive work completion through help desk tickets and scrum sprints while optimizing resource consumption.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or web technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline organization.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages like Python.
• Experience managing deployments using Helm charts.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automation and RPA.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
