Description

You will build and maintain core infrastructure and deployment processes for Java applications on GCP.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for GCP resource provisioning.
• Lead cloud migration efforts and execute workload transitions onto GCP.
• Manage GCP networking components, including VPCs, subnets, and firewall rules.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using GCP Cloud Monitoring and Logging.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of DevOps experience, including 3+ years hands-on with GCP.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines for Java applications.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, BigQuery).
• Expertise in GCP networking (VPCs, subnets, firewalls).
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Strong understanding of GCP IAM and security policies.
